Camp Registration 

There are 2 ways to register for the JK Academy

1. Register ONLINE (<-- click here). Then download and mail us the CAMP MEDICAL FORM* (<-- click here)

2. Register through the MAIL. Download and mail us the CAMP REGISTRATION FORM* (<-- click here) & CAMP MEDICAL FORM* (<-- click here) (Note: The application form secures your place in the camp. The Medical Form can be either mailed in subsequently or brought to camp on the first day). Make checks payable to Jersey Knights Soccer.
